General Terms and Conditions for Orders Placed with CyclingCeramic

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all B2B orders placed with CyclingCeramic.

1. Order placement
For the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions, CyclingCeramic is referred to as “CC”.

2. Buyer’s commitment
By placing an order, the buyer submits to CC a firm offer to purchase products. Orders may be placed in writing, verbally, by telephone, or directly with CC representatives.

3. Order confirmation
Every order shall be subject to an order confirmation issued by CC. If any details stated in the order confirmation differ from the buyer’s initial request, the buyer must notify CC in writing within 48 working hours.

4. Order modification and reduction
Orders may be reduced under the following conditions:

Up to 60 days before the agreed shipping date: the order may be reduced by up to 30% of the initial quantity.

Between 59 and 30 days before the agreed shipping date: the order may be reduced by up to 15% of the initial quantity.

From the 29th day prior to the agreed shipping date: no reduction or cancellation shall be accepted.

5. Order increase
Any request to increase the ordered quantity must be subject to a new order confirmation issued by CC, specifically covering the additional quantities.

6. Custom-made or non-catalogue products
Customised or made-to-order products, meaning products that are not part of our standard product range, are strictly excluded from the cancellation or reduction conditions set out in Article 4. The quantities ordered for this type of product may not be modified or cancelled once the order confirmation has been issued.

7. Modification of delivery or payment terms
Any request to modify delivery schedules or payment deadlines shall be reviewed upon request, strictly provided that such request is submitted in writing at least 30 days before the initially scheduled shipping date.
