Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a link that allows you to track your package online.

You will usually receive your package within 2 – 3 business days after your order has been received.

If you are having your package delivered to a stockist, this will also be delivered to the selected stockist 2 – 3 business days after your order has been received. To ensure that your goods are ready for collection, you can arrange a collection date with your stockist.

RETURNS

You have 14 open days from the delivery date of your order to return your
product. This applies to all items purchased from the website
www.CYCLINGCERAMIC.com and authorised CYCLINGCERAMIC points of sale.

Under French and EU consumer law (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French
Consumer Code), you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar
days from receipt of your order, with no reason required and no charges
other than return costs. CYCLINGCERAMIC extends this to 15 days.

This right applies to orders placed by consumers (private individuals) on
www.CYCLINGCERAMIC.com. Business/professional orders are not covered by
this provision.

Exercising your right of withdrawal online

In accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code, you can
exercise your right of withdrawal directly online: go to “My Account” >
“My Orders”, select the relevant order, then click “Withdraw from this
order here”. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you by email, with
the date and time of your request.

You may also exercise this right through any other unambiguous means,
including via our customer service (contact details available here:
[link to Contact page]).

For items purchased from one of our authorised dealers, take them back to
the concerned retailer directly in order to complete your return.

You can return your ordered item within 14 open days (of delivery). The return
cost is at the customer’s charge.

– Please return the product in the original packaging including all
documents as well as the product labels.
– Mark the item you wish to return on the return note and specify a
return reason.

So that we can refund you the full amount you should consider the following:

  • The items must be returned in their original condition
  • The items must not show any signs of use.
  • Please return in the original packaging with all labels.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If you want an article in a different colour or size, you can order it directly from the online shop. You can also check availability. You can return the item you do not want to keep within the returns period.

REFUNDS

– Credit card: Refund to the same credit card account used for payment.
– PayPal: Refund to the PayPal account used for payment.

In the event that the package is returned by the carrier without the
client having collected it, the shipping costs will remain the client’s
responsibility. If the package is returned due to non-collection, an
incorrect address, or any other reason attributable to the client, only
the product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping and return fees. It
is therefore essential for the client to ensure the proper receipt of
their order to avoid additional charges. Please note that each package is
shipped with the client’s email address and phone number to facilitate
tracking and collection with the carrier.
