      The 7075 alloy bracket cups are machined in our workshop in France with 0.03-micron precision. This means that the bearings are adjusted perfectly, for non-compression of the bearings. This precision meets with ISO 2768 European Aeronautical industry standards.

      We offer a comprehensive range of bottom brackets, which can meet all market standards. Tests show that a CyclingCeramic bottom bracket helps to reduce friction by 64% more than a Campagnolo Super Record bracket, 60% more than a Shimano Dura-Ace bracket, and 50% more than a Sram Red ceramic bracket.

      Our bearings are then mounted in each of our bottom brackets using our press in a sterile environment. We use the highest finish Grade 3 ceramic balls so as to guarantee the best performance and 0.01% precision with rings.

      Each bottom bracket is sold with its grease syringe in order to guarantee the first year of maintenance, performance, and a longer lifespan than standard bearings.
