Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a link that allows you to track your package online.

You can check the status of your order at any time in your account.

You will usually receive your package within 2 – 3 business days after your order has been received.

If you are having your package delivered to a stockist, this will also be delivered to the selected stockist 2 – 3 business days after your order has been received. To ensure that your goods are ready for collection, you can arrange a collection date with your stockist.

RETURNS

You have 15 days from the delivery date of your order to return your product. Dissatisfied applications apply to all items purchased from the website www.CYCLINGCERAMIC.com and authorised CYCLINGCERAMIC points of sale.

For items purchased from one of our authorised dealers, take them back to the concerned retailer directly in order to complete your return.

You can return your ordered item within 15 days (of delivery). The return cost is at the customer charge.

  • Please return the product in the original packaging including all documents as well as the product labels.
  • Mark the item you wish to return on the return note and specify a return reason.

So that we can refund you the full amount you should consider the following:

  • The items must be returned in their original condition
  • The items must not show any signs of use.
  • Please return in the original packaging with all labels.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If you want an article in a different colour or size, you can order it directly from the online shop. You can also check availability. You can return the item you do not want to keep within the returns period.

REFUNDS

Refunds are usually made within 10 working days of your return being accepted by us. Depending on the payment method, the time it takes for the money to enter your account may vary.

  • Credit card: Refund to the same credit card account used for payment
  • PayPal: Refund to the PayPal account used for payment.

In the event that the package is returned by the carrier without the client having collected it, the shipping costs will remain the client’s responsibility. If the package is returned due to non-collection, an incorrect address, or any other reason attributable to the client, only the product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping and return fees. It is therefore essential for the client to ensure the proper receipt of their order to avoid additional charges. Please note that each package is shipped with the client’s email address and phone number to facilitate tracking and collection with the carrier.
